Miss Lith Takes Charge in Extreme Scat and Femdom Domination

In a hospital setting, Miss Lith exudes pure authority. She begins by inspecting the sterile environment top to bottom. With a commanding voice, she orders her submissive to defecate in front of her, relishing in the moment as the first pile of poop hits the ground. She then instructs him to smear the shit on his face, soaking up his embarrassment and obedience.

After the initial round of humiliation, Miss Lith takes a moment to admire the mess. She then steps forward, using her fingers to collect more feces and smear it across her submissive's chest and arms. Her precise movements highlight her grip, obvious who is in hold.
